Roomie's Book on Net Galley :D

I'm gonna be a lil bit of a shill bc I am VERY EXCITED for my dearly beloved roomie's book. Quick summary is that it involves a ghost-hunting nun helping an undead poet solve her own murder, and it's fun, evocative, creative, mysterious, gay, and has some lovely overall themes about art and the choices we make in our lives that I think will appeal to anyone who has struggled to prioritize their dreams under the weight of other commitments.

I will confess that I have very little clue how Net Galley works (this is the first I've heard of it), but apparently it involves ppl getting early copies of a book so they can write reviews about it before it officially releases??? So the book is OFFICIALLY getting released May 22nd (and u can find a couple of preorder links here along with a more thorough summary) but APPARENTLY if u are a Net Galley person u can start reading it now?? So if you're on there and want a gothic mystery/romance then go check out The Untimely Undeath of Imogen Madrigal!

So far one reviewer has left a glowing five star review <3 which is very lovely! The book deserves it (in my humble opinion)! I'm so excited for my roommate; she has been writing for a long time but this is her first officially published work, so I've been her #1 fan for many years and am excited to see others discover her creative world-building and wonderful writing style!
