So on adventures of eating food I thought was bad: my roommate has recently insisted on the glory of sour cream, specifically on potato dishes. I was skeptical, in my head I hate sour cream, but as we were having baked potatoes awhile back I was like "u know what? She's so crazy for this, maybe I'll try a bit..."

and WOW! so creamy and delicious, it just smoothed and richened the whole potato. I was so wrong, sour cream is GREAT.

I think as a kid I tried it once or twice and wasn't a fan, and the name SOUR cream didn't exactly appeal to me... so for a long time I kept that concept in my heard that it was gross. But I'm glad I decided to give it another try, bc yum! I haven't tried it on non-potato stuff, but I did have it with some potato pancakes for lunch today and yum yum yum delicious.
