I ended up falling off the RingFit train, but the great thing about the game is that unlike a gym membership, even if I leave it alone for a few weeks I'm not losing/wasting money on an unused membership. And it turns out last week I mustered up the motivation to pick it back up again!

I feel slightly less in-shape than I was when I was using it most days, but I'm not as shaky as I was when I first started! And now I'm vowing to try doing it most weekends, and a couple of weekdays a week. I'd love to be able to up the difficulty setting, but I'm at a point where some of the exercises I do need to take a break sometimes mid-reps (wide squats, my beloathed), so I might have to continue practicing at this setting for awhile.

Congrats for getting back into it!! And may it serve as an inspiration for myself... 😂😭 I love it because I really feel the difference in back and shoulder pain whenever I do it, but having to change clothes and clear the living room before playing just means I never do it, apparently. Must find a new/better system to make it a routine... 🤔
